1. Service Description

ThatParadiseLife provides information and resources for expats, retirees, and digital nomads considering a move to the Philippines. This includes a free lifestyle quiz, location guides, curated resources, and a paid membership community with video guides, monthly Zoom calls, and planning tools.

2. Membership & Billing

  • Membership is $29 per month, billed through PayPal on a recurring basis.
  • You can cancel your membership at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

3. Refund Policy

No refunds are issued for partial months of membership. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel your subscription before your next billing date. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.

All information provided on ThatParadiseLife is for general guidance only. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or immigration advice.

We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but the Philippines visa rules, costs, regulations, and local conditions change frequently. Always verify important details with official government sources, licensed professionals, or local authorities before making decisions.

5. User Conduct

When using the ThatParadiseLife community board and any interactive features, you agree not to:

  • Post spam, advertisements, or unsolicited promotions.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
  • Share illegal content or engage in illegal activity.
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

All content on ThatParadiseLife — including text, videos, guides, images, tools, and design — is the property of ThatParadiseLife and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

ThatParadiseLife is not liable for any decisions you make based on the information provided on this site. Use of the site and any reliance on its content is at your own risk.
